Today, I am here to show you how to download and install applications from the Play Store onto your SD card. You will have the ability to install all the applications downloaded from the Play Store onto your SD card. As you may know, applications from the Play Store are typically downloaded automatically to the internal memory of your phone. In this blog post, we will discuss a method that allows you to download them to your SD card.
Before we begin, if you are new to my channel, feel free to subscribe, activate the notification bell, and like the video. Thank you!
To start, you will first need to insert the memory card into your phone. Once you have done that, go to the phone settings. Scroll down to « About Phone » and select it. Look for « Version Number » or « Build Number. » Click on it repeatedly until you see a message saying that you are now a developer.
If you have a lock pattern, you will need to enter it before proceeding. Once you have done that, a new option will appear called « Developer Options. » Click on it and scroll down until you find « Force allow apps on external storage. » Close all your applications and go back to the settings.
Next, go to « Settings, » then « Applications. » Find the application you want to move to the SD card and click on it. Go to « Storage » and select it. You will see the storage used and the device memory. Click on « Modify » to change it. Check the option that says « SD card » and click on « Move. » Wait for the process to complete at 100% to confirm that the application has been moved to the SD card.
To verify if the application has indeed been moved, go to « Storage » and click on « Used external storage. » Click on « Modify » and you will see that the application has been successfully moved to the SD card.
That’s all for this blog post. Thank you for reading and see you next time!
